Overcoming Fear: Have you every experienced fear that kept you in a place of stuck or non existence? What about fear that had you concerned about the opinion of others or more comfortable working in the background where you can’t be seen. Well, that was me, however, as I celebrated my birthday recently I declared no more. You see my fear was crippling and kept me from taking the necessary steps towards fulfilling God’s purpose for my life.  I Timothy 1:7 (KJV) says, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind”.

Beginning today I will take action to live without fear. Thank you Lord, starting this blog was the first step. God’s plans for my life far exceeds any fear or anxiety that I will ever experience. I must trust Him to the point that my Faith becomes bigger than my fear. “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope“, Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT).
